Together we can make a problem definition. Starting from this, we analyse the current situation (e.g. current (used) packaging, current costs). After setting deadlines and setting the boundaries, we generate alternatives. After the selection of some feasible alternatives (economical, technical and ecological) we start developing. The alternatives, which are worked out as prototypes, can be evaluated in a real life situation. A cost analysis is the following step to form a good decision-making tool. The final step - after the final decision has been taken - is to make spec's and training instructions.

We develop our packaging to maximise efficiency during the transportation of components, ensuring you the lowest transport costs. Some examples:

• Collapsible / Nestable to get maximum empty packaging for return transport
• Base is optimised to trailer dimensions
• Modular sizes where possible
• Packaging developed to several types of trailers (Normal-, Jumbo- and Megatrailer)
• Maximum truck height utilisation e.g.; Mega (2 x 1450 mm, 3 x 990 mm, 4 x 735 mm), Normal (4 x 600 mm, 3 x 800 mm, 2 x 1200 mm)

It is even possible to use our ECOPACK-lease program for multi-trip transport.

Our 3-layer sheet material, made for the Automotive Industry, is made of 100 % recyclable PP copolymer. the sheets unique properties combined with the temperature range of PP make it pre-eminently suited for automotive applications. 3-layer pp material contributes to the achievement of weight reduction, one of the most important goals in automotive industries. A lot of heavy hardboard plates have already been replaced by much lighter, but equally strong 3-layer pp plates.
